There is an old Indian philosophy that has guided civilizations for centuries: Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — “the world is one family.” It is a simple idea, yet a powerful one. It asks us to look beyond borders, beyond language, and beyond the lines we draw between “us” and “them,” and to see every accomplished individual across this vast continent as part of one extended family.
This is the belief on which the Asian International Club (AIC) was founded — and it is the vision that continues to guide everything we do: One Asia, One Family.
Where We Come From
The Asian International Club is an initiative of the Global Scholars Foundation (GSF), a not-for-profit organization established in 2020 under the Belgave Group of Companies, headquartered in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.
Since its inception, GSF has built a strong reputation for credibility, transparency and impact — successfully organizing more than 20 award ceremonies across India and honouring over 1,200 distinguished achievers across academic, professional and social sectors. These grand recognition ceremonies, inspired by the stature of India’s national honours, have consistently featured Padma Shri awardees as Chief Guests, personally conferring recognition upon achievers from across the country.
Guided by the vision of Mr. Sunil Belgave, President – Global Scholars Foundation, GSF has spent years building a strong Pan-India network of leaders and professionals. Through this journey, one truth became clear: recognising achievers should not end with an award. It is equally important to remain connected with distinguished individuals, understand their evolving professional journeys, and support them continuously.
The Asian International Club was created to carry that mission forward — from a national platform to an international one.
